© STMicroelectronics partnered with ArmstrongB2B® to create a visually striking CGI-led experience for its Chinese Online Summit, centred around the theme of intelligent motion.

To move beyond traditional product demonstrations, we developed KAI, a humanoid concept that brings the brand’s motor control technologies to life in a human and engaging way. Through a series of high-impact animations, the campaign translates complex semiconductor innovation into a clear and memorable story.

The result is a distinctive virtual experience that captures attention, strengthens engagement and reinforces © STMicroelectronics’ position as a leader in intelligent motion technologies.

Challenge
As a global leader in motor control and semiconductor technologies, © STMicroelectronics plays a critical role in enabling the motion systems that power everything from robotic arms to advanced smart factories.

For the ST Chinese Online Summit, ST wanted to engage a highly technical audience with a unified, human-centred concept that would showcase the brand’s innovation in intelligent motion. The challenge was to go beyond traditional product demonstrations – to create an experience that would make ST’s complex technologies tangible, emotive, and memorable in a virtual format.

Strategy
ArmstrongB2B® identified an opportunity to transform a functional showcase into a story-led experience that connected technology to purpose.

We developed KAI, a humanoid concept designed as the emotional and narrative anchor for the event – representative of ST’s innovation and its ability to bring movement, intelligence and life to technology.

To bring KAI to life, ArmstrongB2B® designed a futuristic humanoid form inspired by ST’s brand aesthetic – sleek, dynamic, and precision-engineered.

We produced a hero launch animation to introduce KAI, setting the tone for the entire event and capturing audience attention from the opening moment.

Building on this, we developed a series of modular animations showcasing how ST’s motor control solutions power KAI’s movement – from precise arm articulation to seamless handling operations.
