Fast Recruitment Campaign
ArmstrongB2B® partnered with Bosch Rexroth to deliver a global recruitment campaign designed to attract engineering talent at scale and strengthen its position as an employer of choice.
Built around the idea of “Move your career. Move the future together,” the campaign translated internal values into a compelling, benefit-led narrative that resonated across diverse global audiences. A flexible, modular creative system enabled consistent messaging while allowing local teams to tailor content across social, digital and event channels.
Through a combination of emotionally engaging storytelling and practical recruitment assets, the campaign elevated Bosch Rexroth’s employer brand, drove awareness and consideration, and supported large-scale hiring efforts across multiple regions.
Challenge
As a global leader in factory automation, Bosch Rexroth needed to recruit engineering talent at scale across Europe, the US, China, and India. Despite its strong corporate reputation, the brand faced challenges as an employer of choice, particularly in Asia, where it aimed to attract more diverse and female talent into a traditionally male-dominated sector.
With hundreds of vacancies to fill, Bosch Rexroth required a global employer branding campaign that could inspire awareness, drive consideration, and ultimately convert, while also motivating existing employees to become internal advocates for recruitment.
Strategy
ArmstrongB2B® developed a global recruitment platform centred on benefit-led storytelling, repositioning Bosch Rexroth as a company where people can move the future, together.
We built the creative and messaging framework around four universal themes, Flexibility, Independence, Future Readiness, and Reliability, turning internal values into externally resonant promises. Each message connected emotional drivers (growth, purpose, empowerment) with rational benefits (career development, international opportunities, stability).
To ensure global consistency and local adaptability, the campaign was designed as a modular creative suite – enabling teams across markets to tailor assets for social, digital, and event environments while maintaining one cohesive narrative.
Creative
The campaign visualised movement and human progress, engineers, makers, and innovators shaping tomorrow’s world together. We delivered a comprehensive suite of assets, including:
- Social media templates and videos across LinkedIn, Instagram, and WeChat
- Diversity-led visuals, carousels, and story templates
- Recruitment collateral: job ads, posters, presentations, and event giveaways
- Event assets such as university posters, motion graphics, and even a custom beer bottle design celebrating the Rexroth brand spirit
