Rebrand
ArmstrongB2B® supported Westley Group with a full brand transformation to position the business as a unified global engineering group rather than a collection of individual companies. Following a detailed customer audit, we developed a strategy that emphasised Westley Group’s vertically integrated capabilities across its UK sites and its expertise in copper and nickel-based alloys. The rebrand included a new visual identity, brand messaging, group and company websites, and a full suite of marketing assets. The launch successfully strengthened the group’s market presence and significantly increased digital engagement, with LinkedIn followers rising by 143% in the first 12 months.
Challenge
Westley Group is a world-leading foundry and machining group, with four strategic companies specialising in copper and nickel-based alloys. In conducting a full rebrand, we were tasked with ensuring that the Westley Group name is seen as a collective force rather than the individual organisations that customers had been used to dealing with.
Strategy
Following an extensive audit of the customer base, we created a strategy for Westley Group to be recognised as a trusted leader in its field. Given the added advantage of being a UK based supplier with three different sites, this vertically integrated offering makes it much easier for customers to liaise with one central point of contact.
Creative
Our bold brand development campaign included a new set of logos, strapline, mission statement, vision and values. We also designed and built a comprehensive new group website, together with individual company sites. While other assets ranged from a corporate profile, guidelines, branded templates and social media communication plan, to a presentation and videos showing the scale and capability of Westley Group.

Results
Having transformed Westley Group’s image and implementing a successful launch to market, the LinkedIn following went up by 120%.
