FlashPick Animation

Summary

We created a 60 to 90 second animation introducing TGW’s FlashPick system, turning a complex fulfilment process into a clear, engaging story. Built around TGW’s new contemporary brand direction, the piece moves away from the technical renders typical of the industry to show how FlashPick simplifies supply chains and delivers fast, flexible omnichannel fulfilment.

FlashPick Animation

Challenge

TGW needed to introduce FlashPick, its omnichannel fulfilment system, in a way that made a complex, multi-stage process easy to follow for technical and non-technical audiences alike. The animation had to explain each part of the system clearly, sit alongside the existing LivePick animation without competing with it, and stand apart in a sector full of cold, hyper-literal 3D renders.

Strategy

Instead of leading with the machinery, we started with the problem customers feel: supply chains that have become patched together and overcomplicated. The story moves from that chaos to a clean start, introduces FlashPick as the single channel-agnostic answer, then follows an order through the system before pulling back to show how it scales, integrates new technology and fulfils orders in just ten minutes across e-commerce, retail and wholesale.

Creative

We anchored the piece in TGW’s new contemporary brand direction, with Swiss-inspired grids, bold typography, high contrast and a confident TGW red. Scenes flow seamlessly and are cut to a beat-driven soundtrack, while visual metaphors like bulldozers clearing mismatched warehouses and a shipping carton that reshapes itself make complex ideas simple. The result is a warm, premium animation that feels unlike anything else in the industry.
