ArmstrongB2B® is proud to announce the launch of our North America operations, marking an important next step in the agency’s growth as demand from industrial and manufacturing clients across the region continues to accelerate.
With more than 40 per cent of our revenue now coming from US customers, establishing a physical presence in New York City, US, reflects both the scale of the opportunity and our commitment to supporting clients more closely in one of our most important growth markets.
Strengthening Our Presence in the US
Founded in the UK, ArmstrongB2B® has built its reputation by helping world-leading industrial and manufacturing brands articulate complex products, technologies and services in clearer, more compelling ways.
That offer has resonated strongly in North America, where we have continued to grow our client base across critical sectors. Recent wins including Progress Rail, Dorman Products and VB Spine reflect the increasing demand for specialist B2B marketing support that combines deep industrial understanding with strategic and creative expertise.
Building the Right Foundation for Growth
To support this next phase, seasoned industry leader John Dunleavy joined ArmstrongB2B® as Non-Executive Director in late 2025 to work alongside our CEO Daniel Owen on the our US expansion.
Marking the first major hire in the region, Scott Lynch has now joined to lead US operations, with a focus on client leadership, commercial growth and market development. Between them, John and Scott bring deep experience across agency leadership, client stewardship and business growth, providing a strong platform for ArmstrongB2B® as we continue to scale in the region.
