A Symphony of Glass

Summary

Emhart Glass partnered with us to bring its End to End message to life by showcasing the power of its fully integrated forming and inspection systems. In a market where individual machines are often viewed in isolation, the ambition was to demonstrate how Emhart’s complete range works together to deliver greater efficiency, precision and performance.

We developed a unifying creative platform built around the idea of a symphony, using the analogy of an orchestra to illustrate how each machine plays its part. Through an evocative animation that blended the internal workings of Emhart equipment with a real orchestral score, the campaign elevated the technical story into a compelling visual narrative. This was supported by dramatic photography that reimagined key components as classical instruments, reinforcing the concept across all touchpoints.

The result is a distinctive and memorable platform that deepens understanding of Emhart’s integrated offer, strengthens brand perception and communicates its leadership with clarity and impact across global audiences and channels.

Challenge

Having successfully launched its overarching End to End (Stronger Together) message – detailing how ‘hot end’ (forming) and ‘cold end’ (inspection) equipment could be integrated for greater efficiency – Emhart Glass requested a campaign to promote its comprehensive range of machines using animation

 

Strategy

Based on the analogy of an orchestra, ‘A Symphony of Glass’ shows that although one instrument can play a tune, a complete ensemble playing together creates a symphony. The same applies to Emhart’s equipment, which can be used in isolation, but by working together, the different machines are able to create a masterpiece.

 

Creative

Our Symphony of Glass concept resulted in an engaging animation, visually arranged to combine the inner workings of Emhart equipment with a real orchestral piece. Emotive and evocative, yet with a hard-hitting sales message to bring the curtain down. Set to launch at the annual Glasstec conference, invitations were sent out saying ‘You are invited to a performance by Bucher Emhart Glass’ with details of the ‘instruments performing’. We complemented this by producing a series of dramatic photographs with Emhart parts replacing well-known instruments.

 

Results

The project delivered a distinctive and memorable platform that elevated Emhart Glass and its integrated offer. The Symphony of Glass animation provided a powerful way to communicate the value of machines working together, transforming a technical message into an emotive and accessible story. Supported by striking photography and a strong launch presence at Glasstec, the campaign strengthened brand perception, deepened understanding of the End to End proposition and reinforced Emhart’s position as a leader in advanced glass forming and inspection technology.
