Mastering Water
Geberit partnered with ArmstrongB2B® to bring its “Mastering Water” positioning to life through a compelling visual and narrative platform, developed for ISH and wider global activation. As a global leader in sanitary systems, Geberit offers a unique, end-to-end approach to water management, yet much of its innovation remains hidden behind the wall.
We developed a cohesive brand story supported by high-quality CGI animation, designed to make the invisible visible. By illustrating how water flows through Geberit’s systems, the work showcases the depth of its expertise and the integration of its technologies.
The result is a visually engaging and scalable platform that strengthens understanding, enhances brand perception and communicates Geberit’s leadership across multiple audiences and channels.
Challenge
Geberit is uniquely positioned as a leader across all four core areas of the sanitary industry: supply piping, drainage piping, installation and flushing systems, and bathroom products. This breadth allows the business to control the full flow of water through a building, creating a level of integration and innovation that competitors cannot match.
However, much of this expertise sits both behind and in front of the wall, making it difficult to communicate clearly, particularly in high-impact environments such as trade shows.
For ISH 2025, Geberit needed a compelling way to present this complete system capability in a format that would capture attention, communicate quickly and resonate with a broad audience. The challenge was to simplify a complex, multi-layered offering into a clear and inspiring visual story that could work at scale on large screens, while also adapting seamlessly to digital touchpoints.
Strategy
Our approach centred on using water as the ‘blue thread’ to connect Geberit’s full portfolio into a single, cohesive narrative.
We developed Mastering Water as an overarching visual and storytelling platform that demonstrates how water moves through a building, linking supply, installation, bathroom products and drainage into one integrated system.
The strategy focused on creating content that could perform in multiple contexts. At ISH, the animations needed to work as looped, high-impact visuals that attract and engage audiences in a busy exhibition space. At the same time, the same assets needed to translate effectively to smaller digital formats, including the website and online media.
By structuring the story around real water flow journeys and system integration, we created a clear, intuitive understanding of Geberit’s unique value.
Creative
To bring the concept to life, we developed a series of CGI animations and looped visual assets designed for both large-scale trade show screens and digital platforms.
For ISH, we created animated visuals that highlight Geberit’s three core areas of expertise, building towards a complete system view that shows how all elements connect. These looped animations were designed to run continuously on large screens, using subtle transitions and layered reveals to draw attention and maintain engagement.
We also developed a set of dynamic water journey animations, showing how water flows through key applications such as WC systems, washplaces and showers. These short, focused sequences demonstrate hydraulic performance and product integration in a clear and visually compelling way.
Across all assets, the creative balances technical precision with emotional visualisation, using fluid motion, lighting and composition to make complex systems easy to understand while maintaining a premium, brand-aligned aesthetic.

Results
The Mastering Water campaign provides Geberit with a powerful visual platform for ISH and beyond.
At the trade show, the large-scale animated content creates strong stand presence, capturing attention and clearly communicating Geberit’s full system capability in seconds.
Across digital channels, the same assets deliver consistent messaging, supporting ongoing brand communication and product storytelling.
Most importantly, the work transforms a complex technical proposition into a clear and engaging narrative, helping audiences understand how Geberit truly masters water across the entire building.
