Built as a scalable brand platform, the campaign brings together multiple initiatives under a single, consistent narrative, supported by a suite of video, photography and motion assets. The result is a clear and compelling way for Kingspan to share real stories, demonstrate progress and reinforce its global vision and values.

Challenge
Kingspan Group required a unifying campaign that could bring together a wide range of initiatives across the business, from technology and circularity to communities, innovation and product development.

The challenge was to create a platform that could communicate this breadth clearly, while remaining consistent with the Group’s overarching brand and priorities.

At the same time, the campaign needed to feel authentic and credible, moving beyond high-level messaging to showcase real stories, real progress and real impact. It also needed to work at scale across global markets, enabling teams to share content quickly and consistently.

Strategy
Our approach was to create a strong umbrella brand that could sit above individual initiatives while connecting them through a single, cohesive narrative.

Leading with Passion was developed as both a campaign idea and a content framework, designed to reflect Kingspan’s ongoing pursuit of excellence and commitment to continuous improvement.

The strategy focused on enabling storytelling at pace. Rather than a single campaign moment, the platform allows Kingspan to continuously share proof points across multiple areas, including sustainability, innovation, people and community impact.

This ensured the campaign could evolve over time, supporting both global consistency and local relevance.

We developed a distinctive visual and messaging identity for Leading with Passion, designed to integrate seamlessly with the wider Kingspan brand while standing out as a recognisable campaign platform.

To bring the campaign to life, we created a suite of content including video, photography and motion graphics. This included interviews, b-roll footage and modular assets that could be adapted across channels and markets.

The creative approach focused on authenticity and clarity, using real stories and real environments to demonstrate impact. Motion and visual elements were designed to unify the content, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility in execution.

This created a dynamic content system that enables Kingspan to communicate its activities in a way that is both engaging and credible.
