IFAT 2026
Bucher Municipal partnered with ArmstrongB2B® to create a connected stand experience for IFAT Munich 2026, one of the world’s leading municipal technology trade fairs. Using hyper-realistic CGI, a hero animation for the MaxPowa V65, and a series of immersive touchscreen journeys, the experience showcased Bucher Municipal’s full vehicle range across seasonal environments and real-world applications.
Visitors could explore the breadth of the portfolio through an intuitive, interactive space that combined striking visuals with clear product storytelling. Each vehicle had its own moment to stand out, while every element worked together as one cohesive narrative.
The result was a visually compelling and engaging platform that drew visitors in, communicated the innovation behind the range, and reinforced Bucher Municipal’s position as a leader in advanced municipal vehicles.
Challenge
Bucher Municipal develops a wide range of advanced municipal vehicles, each designed for different environments and applications. For IFAT Munich 2026, the challenge was to bring this portfolio together into a single stand experience — clearly communicating the breadth and innovation of the range, while ensuring each product had its own moment to stand out.

Strategy
Our strategy focused on creating a unified narrative that celebrated the full portfolio without losing the individual identity of each vehicle. Rather than presenting products in isolation, we built the story around the environments and applications they serve — from urban street cleaning to seasonal ground maintenance.
By grounding each product in a real-world context, visitors could immediately understand its purpose and relevance. The experience was designed to work as a whole, with every element connected through a consistent visual language and flow.

Creative
The solution combined large-scale visual storytelling with interactive engagement across the stand. A hero animation for the MaxPowa V65 served as the centrepiece, using hyper-realistic CGI to showcase the vehicle in cinematic detail.
Alongside this, a series of immersive touchscreen journeys allowed visitors to explore the wider product range at their own pace. Each use case was brought to life through CGI visuals set across seasonal environments, highlighting how different vehicles perform across varying conditions and terrains.
Every element was designed to work together as one cohesive narrative — visually striking enough to attract footfall, and detailed enough to inform and engage engineers, fleet managers and procurement teams.
