Challenge

Working with drinks brands like Chivas Brothers, Jonnie Walker, Forest Gin and Kraken Rum meant that Wade Ceramics had an abundance of credible case studies to showcase. However, they needed to be displayed in an outstanding way, to emphasise both the elegance of these brands and the stunning workmanship of Wade’s talented team in Stoke‑on‑Trent.

Strategy

ArmstrongB2B^®’s lead designer and in-house photographer created moodboards, with the vision of a collection of in-situ shots that would complement the prestigious brands Wade works with.

Creative

To refresh the Wade brand, we had to give its proud history of handcrafted ceramics a modern, stylish twist. Our photography needed to capture the rustic and characterful charm of the factory, as well as the vibrant colour of the finished products. Clinical and stark images set against bright neutral backgrounds allowed us to make the products the heroes, focusing on Wade’s quality and craftsmanship to create the high-end look of a contemporary art collection.
