We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a strong B2B bias to support the Executive Creative Director in leading the creative vision and execution across brand, campaign, and demand-generation activity. This role is responsible for translating complex propositions into clear, compelling creative that resonates with senior decision-makers and drives measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with strategy, marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure creativity supports pipeline growth, brand authority, and long-term commercial success.

Having a passion and understanding of the B2B platform would be favourable particularly in the industrial/technology space.

Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.

Responsibilities:

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Define and own the B2B creative vision across brand, campaigns, and content

  • Ensure creative work communicates value propositions clearly and credibly to professional audiences

  • Balance brand-building with performance and demand-generation goals

Strategic Concept Development

  • Lead the development of insight-led creative concepts rooted in audience needs, buying stages, and commercial objectives

  • Translate complex products, services, and solutions into clear, engaging narratives

  • Align creative thinking with ABM, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing strategies

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (design, copy, motion, content)

  • Establish clear creative standards, processes, and review frameworks

  • Support career development and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Client & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as senior creative partner to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Present and defend creative ideas with confidence, clarity, and commercial rationale

  • Collaborate closely with strategy, performance, and account teams to ensure joined-up delivery

Delivery & Execution

  • Contribute to the initial design and realisation of concepts and be a hands-on partner

  • Oversee creative across digital, web, social, paid media, content, video, and sales enablement assets
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard

  • Maintain creative quality while working within regulatory, brand, or sector constraints

Requirements & Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead (Preferably within B2B)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and complex-message simplification

  • Experience leading creative teams in an agency or in-house environment

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, buying journeys, and decision-making units

  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to connect creativity directly to business and revenue outcomes

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with B2B sectors such as industrial and technology markets and professional services.

  • Familiarity with demand generation, and sales enablement

  • Understanding of UX, conversion-focused design, and content strategy

  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing and CRM teams

Company Benefits

Salary £60-65,000 depending on experience

25 days holiday (+ birthday + bank hols + increasing with service)
